About Hudson K-9 Emporium

Hudson K-9 Emporium is a family owned and operated pet care business. We have an apartment on premises where our staff members can live. That way, we can monitor all the pets in our care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can rest assured that with us, your paw family members are in safe hands!

I am Dr. Mitch Pollock

Began his career in the U.S. Air Force in 1977, serving as a Security/Military police officer and K-9 handler. He specialized in handling patrol, narcotics, and explosive detector dogs, providing security for high-profile figures like the Secretary of Defense and the President. He retired as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer with the Meritorious Service medal after serving in various locations, including Japan, Egypt, and Bahrain.

Post-military, Mitch became a certified K-9 instructor at a Florida police academy, training police dog teams in patrol and narcotics detection, while also hosting K-9 seminars. Since 1995, he has taught civilian dog teams, helping hundreds of pet owners with their training needs.

Mitch, a former Florida police chief and FBI National Academy graduate, holds seven degrees, including a Ph.D., and continues to update his K-9 training expertise and has judged K-9 competitions.

Dog Daycare Packages run from $21 to $25 a day, depending how often your dog attends each week.
